New Moon 19 March 2011

Beautiful view of the New Moon taken outside my house this evening with my Fuji HS10 camera

The Moon is closest to the Earth tonight and therefore looks bigger and brighter than usual.
It has been 18 years since it was this close to us.

gift bag

I made these lovely bags with the idea from Splitcoast stampers and Carol at crescentstampin on In love with stamping

they work really well with double sided designer papers.

I have inside one some swaps I have made to go to Leeds Demo Day in March (just a little peek)

Mini Thank You cards

Finally I have sorted my blogger issue and am able to post again!

These little cards were made ages ago! they are 3 x 3 square cards using the colour paper packs.
I made a little box/bag for them using a demo from Joanne Gelner's blog Mainly flowers (thank you Jo)
These little cards I may use as swaps for Leeds Training Day 5th March I will post more later after I have some photos and information to share.

Another Christmas Card idea

Colours:  Cherry Cobbler    Old Olive    Very Vanila
These are my favourite traditional Christmas colours
Stamp:  Flower Accent
Flower stamped in Cherry Cobbler with Rich Razzleberry overstamped with a swirl

Wobbly Monster

I made this funny little chap for a nephew - I used scraps of coloured cardstock and my cricut machine!
he is mounted on a spring and wobbles to wave his Happy Birthday flag.

Took a little time off!

Just got back from a wonderful few days in Cumbria - we stayed at a small private caravan site at Pier Cottage on the edge of Coniston Lake - so peaceful and calm, its stunningly beautiful and I feel relaxed and refreshed....
